Radish, Onion & Curd Salad - Radish Raita

An amazing combination of simple ingredients that results in a bowl of goodness. Enjoy this unique flavour as side.


Ingredients

3 Radishes grated

2 White onions finely chopped

5 Green chilies chopped

2 Cups Curd (Plant based if you prefer)

1 Tsp Asafedita or commonly known as hing

1 Tbsp chopped coriander


Method

1. Make the tadka:

Heat oil in a shall pot, add mustard seeds. When they splutter add green chillies & hing


2. Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl or container


3. Add salt and sugar to taste


4. Pour the tadka on top and mix well


5. Garnish with chopped coriander


6. Serve as a side

Tip: The tadka is optional, if you want to make it oil free. However, I do recommend adding the chillies as it gives it a nice kick to this dish.
