1. A classic way to eat this scintillating curry is with bread or bun .

Toast the bread, spread some ghee or olive oil if you prefer and dunk this peace of bread in the curry . This flavour soaked piece of bread will be like a party in your mouth.


2. A more traditional way to this curry would be with steamed basmati rice and dallop of ghee. There is nothing more comforting than a nice warm bowl of curry & rice.


3. Want to enhance the protein in this meal? Not to worry, team this up with a some cooked quinoa.


4. Roti/ Naan goes exceptionally well with this green wonder as well.


5. Enjoy it as a soup ! There's nothing more comforting than a warm bowl of this green magic. Top it off some croutons if you like.
